Customized Action Plan: Based on the consultation, create a detailed plan targeting the client’s needs in areas like stress management, weight loss, or gut health.

Weekly Check-Ins (30 minutes each): Discuss progress, answer questions, and provide support.

Educational Materials: Provide resources on topics such as nutrition basics, meal planning, and stress-relief techniques.

Month 1: Foundation Building and Goal Setting

Month 2: Implementing Healthy Habits

Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions (45-60 minutes each): Dive into topics like gut health, managing cravings, and personalized stress-relief strategies.

Weekly Accountability Check-Ins (15 minutes each): Track adherence and make adjustments.

Resources and Tools: Provide additional materials or access to an online course if applicable.

Month 3: Sustaining and Adapting

Weekly Sessions (30 minutes each): Review progress and adapt goals as needed.

Create a Maintenance Plan: Help clients develop a sustainable plan they can carry forward, including stress management techniques and nutrition guidelines.

Final Assessment and Adjustments: Reassess the client’s progress and adjust the long-term plan to support them beyond the program.
